I've been asked which newspaper or website spouts the most rubbish about Arsenal's supposed transfer targets. That's a real hard one to call.
On the list of supposed Arsenal acquisitions, the source is attached for every single reported rumour. The Daily Mail and the Daily Mirror are traditionally the papers where most stories emerge. However, this year I've discovered the Metro newspaper - for us foreigners at metro.co.uk.
Rarely has any one website carried more Arsenal transfer rumours, and rarely have they been more imaginative. Big-name players like David Villa, Fernando Torres and... eh... Chris Kirkland have all been linked with the Gunners exclusively here. Not by ANYONE else. Not even in the silliest of seasons.
