The latest name put on the Arsenal transfer rumour list is Jermain Defoe. The Tottenham and England striker is linked in the Daily Star as 'the man to fire a title challenge next season'.
Sure thing, one of the stars of our main rivals, almost 29 years old, valued at £10m and with the wages to match an English international striker... it's just so an Arsenal signing...
