There are just too many Cesc articles in the papers for me to update the Arsenal players out page. Anyway, noone needs reminding that the rumour mill around the Arsenal captain is in overdrive.

It might very well be a story founded in solid, English journalism. But I've yet to see anyone name or even point in the general direction of the source or sources in Fábregas' vicinity. All we've heard are Barcelona bigwigs fawning over the vague comments from the player himself.

Cesc and Wenger may very well have had the talk that so many media outlets claim they have had, but noone is quoting even "a friend of the player", "sources within the club", "Arsenal officials" or even the tea ladies at London Colney.

This is exactly why it's so hard for the club to deny anything. The rumour itself is just so elusive.

But still, the Sun have already sold Cesc here, and the Metro mentions his "transfer request"...

Well, anyway, no more rumours about Cesc to Barcelona will be entered into the Arsenal players out page. There are just 24 hours in a day, you know.
